Terms and Conditions of Delivery in Etec ApS:

PRICES
All prices are daily prices and in Euro (€) without VAT. For orders to Europe (EU countries) VAT will be added, unless you have a VAT/CVR number.

Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your order, you will receive an online message on the screen confirming your order. The order confirmation includes Your order number and total price. You will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

PAYMENT
We accept payment with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard. We do not charge credit card fees. The amount will not be charged until the goods have been shipped.

When paying by Dankort or credit card, all your personal information will be encrypted, including your card information. If you are unsure about the use of our e-shop and payment system, feel free to call and we will help you through.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We will ship your item as soon as we have received your order

Right of cancellation - Return / exchange
Etec Aps accepts returns and offers you 14 days of return from the date on your receipt, please contact us immediately for a return agreement.
